Creating a WebCD

The WebCD Packager is used to create a WebCD. The steps involved are:

1 Retrieve the desired web content

2 Organize the content for CD-ROM distribution

3 Package the content onto a CD-ROM with the WebCD Viewer software.

4 Replicate and distribute the WebCD.
